The YTexas Leadership Academy (TXLA) is a 501c(3) non-profit program that connects Texas high school and college students with state business leaders for mentorship, networking, and career development.
It focuses on fostering skills in entrepreneurship and industry-specific career pathways, including technology, manufacturing, and healthcare.
