YTexas Summit: Dec 10th at Texas A&M University - Hall of Champions

The YTexas Summit is the only event that brings the entire Texas business community together to stimulate business growth – breaking down regional barriers to move the needle on the most complex challenges in Texas. This event is an annual showcase of the innovation occurring in all corners of the state. It is a convening of the most influential and connected people in Texas.

EVENT KNOW-BEFORE-YOU-GO:

• COMPLIMENTARY PARKING - parking is located at Gene Stallings Blvd. Garage (SBG), located behind the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center. The address: 500 Gene Stallings Blvd, College Station, TX 77843. You can walk to the Summit in the Ford Hall of Champions across the street at Entry 3 Lot 62.

• Your parking fee will be validated, so ensure you receive a parking validation voucher at the Summit registration desk in the Ford Hall of Champions.

• Parking Instructions: Enter Stalling Parking Garage. At entry, pull and save your parking ticket. You’ll need the ticket to exit.
• To exit the parking garage, insert your parking ticket and then use your voucher to pay.

• YOUR EVENT TICKET - To access your ticket, click the green "My Ticket" button for your QR code to show at event registration desk. To sign up for sessions you are most interested in, click "save my seat" or "add to schedule". The app makes it easy to access the event content and connect with the right people in advance.

• TUESDAY, DEC 9th from 6-9pm: WECOME RECEPTION: A fan favorite. All attendees are welcome to join us at Hush and Whisper Distillery in downtown Bryan (219 W. Main St., Bryan, TX 77803) to meet fellow attendees and VIPs. Enjoy food and a drinks in the exciting downtown Bryan area. This event is sponsored by Destination Bryan with welcome remarks from City of Bryan Mayor Bobby Gutierrez.
