Dr. David Foster brings more than 20 years of experience working with early stage pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies developing a variety of therapeutics from biologics to small molecules. He has represented pharmaceutical, biotherapeutic and diagnostic companies, while in private legal practice and served as intellectual property counsel at Medarex, a mid-sized biotherapeutics company.  David co-founded a technology focused law firm, a life science trade association and multiple private biotechnology companies.  He is a board member of BioNTX and private biotechnology companies, and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He holds a Ph.D. from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law.
