Beth graduated with a Doctorate of Nursing from Capella University in 2018 and has served in progressive leadership roles within HCA beginning in 2014 in the North Texas region. With a background in Cardiovascular ICU, Neurotrauma ICU, palliative care and cardiac rehabilitation, Beth has developed a passion for investing in future nurses and uplifting the nursing profession. In 2022, Beth pursued her passion into her current role as Central and West Texas Division AVP of Academic Partnerships for HCA Healthcare, including St. David’s HealthCare and Las Palmas Del Sol Healthcare. Beth has a high priority focus on elevating the student clinical rotation experience to improve the pipeline of nursing and non-nursing professionals into the organization and building loyalty through continuous engagement and support. Beth collaborates with Texas Workforce Solutions on K thru 12th grade students to create pathway opportunities and increase exposure to various healthcare careers. Beth also partners with Capital IDEA and Project ARRIBA to offer employment sponsorship, promote workforce diversity, and improve access to healthcare opportunities to underserved populations through mentorships and career coaching.
