Gary Forni’s focus is on founding, mentoring, and investing in disruptive startups. He is the Managing Director of the Central Texas Angel Network (CTAN), the most active angel group in Texas, and one of the ten largest Angel networks in the country. CTAN has invested $142M in 250 startups in the last 20 years. While in Austin Texas, Gary has focused on funding, or building startups, including being the CEO of ListingSpark, TuffWerx and HeatGenie.  In the past he was an executive at Intel and Marvell Semiconductor.  At Intel, he was part of starting and growing four new businesses, including the Flash memory business, which exited for $1.2B, and the XScale cellular business, which exited for $600M.
