Passionate about workforce & career development for the Aerospace Industry. In Jan 2027 we open our onsite HUB - The Aerospace Launchpad at the museum. Through comprehensive curriculum, workforce development programs, seven-day-a-week access to an in-person advisor, online learning resources, and direct connections to aerospace employers and industry leaders, we provide an integrated talent-development ecosystem. Free of charge. Our aerospace partners include PPG Aerospace, Airbus, Texas Space Commission, and Dallas College to name a few - together we are creating clear pathways to training, certification, employment, and career advancement while bringing together industry, education, and workforce stakeholders to address critical skills shortages. This UNIQUE collaborative model supports job creation, drives economic growth, and fuels aerospace innovation throughout the Southwestern United States.
