David Goswick
Co-Founder & CEO | Quantum America
David Goswick is an American entrepreneur, strategist, and visionary in sustainable real estate innovation. As Co-Founder and CEO of Quantum America, he leads a mission to redefine homeownership in the 21st century by delivering precision-built, smart, and resilient homes that significantly lower the total monthly cost of living.
With more than 40 years of experience in energy, technology, and real estate, Goswick has partnered with Fortune 500 companies and public-sector agencies to develop transformative, consumer-centric solutions. His leadership has earned more than 400 national and international awards in marketing, innovation, and product design, and contributed to a cumulative revenue impact exceeding $140 billion.
In the early 1990s, Goswick served as a lead advisor to the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC), the U.S. government’s asset management agency, where he played a key role in the liquidation of over $394 billion in financial and real estate assets. He also pioneered the development of the first master-planned community in America offering a consolidated “one-bill” system for utilities, security, and communication services.
In addition to his leadership at Quantum America, Goswick co-founded House X Labs, an innovation studio dedicated to scalable, sustainable solutions in housing. He has served as Co-Chair of the WELL Home Advisory for the International WELL Building Institute, contributing to national standards in health-focused residential design.
His work today focuses on building the Quantum ecosystem—from QHome™ and QLiving to QZero™ and QLife—while expanding digital tools like the Quantum American Dream™ App to empower the next generation of homeowners. Through public-private partnerships and product platforms, Goswick is dedicated to preserving and redefining the American Dream—one smart, sustainable home at a time.
