About me

For nearly 4 decades at Lone Star College—one of the largest community colleges in the U.S.—Linda focused on a single mission: building lasting bridges between education & industry so students could achieve meaningful careers & employers could count on a steady, skilled workforce. As Founder of Leto Consultants, LLC & Senior Consultant with Ferrilli, Linda now works with schools, colleges, universities & businesses nationally & internationally to design workforce strategies that last. From manufacturing to healthcare, oil & gas to information technology, Linda partners with leaders to create innovative programs, strengthen organizational structures & forge partnerships that align education with real-world demand. She also presents locally & nationally on these same topics at events/conferences. Her background includes overseeing $15M+ in budgets, leading teams of 450 employees across multiple sites & representing U.S. community colleges in Vietnam, Indonesia, China, India & Brazil. Along the way, she has chaired/served on national councils, led regional economic initiatives & been honored with awards recognizing leadership in workforce/economic development.
