About me
I build platforms and product portfolios that turn complex, siloed capabilities into scalable, profitable growth engines. I sit at the intersection of product strategy, platform architecture, data/AI, and go-to-market—owning the vision, roadmap, and financial logic for platforms that have to perform in the real world. My background spans Fortune 50 healthcare and technology (Optum/UHG, IBM, DXC), AI-native and automation startups (StartStak, Sirius IQ), and advisory work with founders and growth companies.
Over my career I’ve led:
Enterprise platforms & shared services – transforming disconnected products into shared platforms with clear ownership, governance, and P&L alignment.
AI, data & intelligent automation offerings – agentic AI frameworks, digital labor / intelligent automation, provider data and analytics platforms.
Portfolio & capital planning – linking multi-year roadmaps, investment levels, and sunsetting/migration decisions directly to profitability and ROI.
GTM and ecosystem strategy – unifying messaging, pricing, and partner/channel motions so complex platforms are simple to sell and adopt.
Where I’m most valuable:
Fortune-scale organizations that need a VP-level product/platform leader to bring order, governance, and financial discipline to complex portfolios.
Growth companies moving from single products to shared services and platforms, where time-to-market and capital efficiency both matter.
CEOs, CPOs, and CTOs looking for a principal-level advisor to design platform strategy, portfolio roadmaps, and operating models—and to coach teams through the transition.
If you’re trying to turn what you already have into a true platform, or to scale your product portfolio without exploding cost and complexity, that’s the problem space where I do my best work.
