This YTexas Leadership Academy is non-profit program for Texas Higher Education students to collaborate with business leaders for mentorship, networking, and career building opportunities.

The academy includes in-person and virtual job-shadowing and mentoring opportunities through the YTexas consortium of chief executive officers representing the following industry sectors: Technology, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Sports/Entertainment, Transportation/Aviation, Retail/Consumer Goods, Non-profit and Government, Energy, Business/Financial Services and Real Estate Services.
